Are you a student? Do the following... are you a professor? Put this as an assignment.

- Make a list of things you love the most (dogs, football, guitar, eat, whatever you love).

- Use ChatGPT to ask things like: "Give me a list of mechanical parts and mechanical machines that are usually used in the business of ... [put one of the things that you love]". Do different rounds on this with different prompts and things you love.

- Based on the ChatGPT output, select one of those topics and write a short text saying something to highlight the

non-evident relationship between “mechanical engineering" and the “thing that you love.” Yes, you can use ChatGPT again to guide what you can write.

- Pick some pictures, go to CANVA, use a template, and create an image to support your text.

- Take your text and your image and create a post on LinkedIn.

- Repeat the process.

Maybe you are asking why I should do this.

Well:

1- It reveals what you love is compatible with your profession. It gives you a north of which kind of jobs you can follow.

2- It helps to understand your added value as an engineer. Now, you are not another regular student, you have something unique to tell.

3- This can be transformed into your personal brand. It is easier to create your narrative based on your personal story.

Remember, your story is as important as your degree.
