Fear is a common feeling experienced by students that can be triggered by various situations such as exams, class participation, public speaking, presentations, job hunting, and interviews. Over time, I have learned a few tricks that may help you manage your fears. I cannot guarantee that they will work for everyone, but it is worth giving them a try.
