I am a mechanical engineer with almost 20 years of experience doing research, teaching, consulting, and coaching for universities in the United States and Latin America.

 

I have experience - as a professor and engineer - in the field of Mechanical Vibration, Structural Dynamics, and Uncertainty Quantification, with specialized knowledge in Stochastic Simulation, Piezoelectric Energy Harvesting, Computational Optimization, Surrogate Modeling, and Mechanical Metamaterials.

My teaching/mentoring/coaching style is based on the premise that "mistakes" and "failure" are the doors to the learning process.
